Terms of Service / Policy Guidelines and Restrictions ►How are you able to give a rebate? We are paid a fee by the apartment communities for referring you to them. Your rent does not increase by using our service. ►Can I get a rebate if another Realtor®/Locator has already taken me to the property? No. On your first visit to the apartment complex, you must state in writing that Regina Dyson with Jade Realty Group, LLC referred you. ►What if I already know which apartment I want to rent? On your initial visit to the apartments, you must tell the leasing agent that Jade Realty Group, LLC has referred you to the property and include Regina Dyson with Jade Realty Group, LLC on your guestcard and lease/lease application. ►If Jade Realty Group, LLC doesn't send me an apartment I'm interested in, can I still use Jade Realty Group, LLC as my referring Realtor®/Locator? Yes, as long as the apartment complex you visit works with Realtor/®Loccators and pay at least a 50% commission, you can use our service!! ►When can I expect my rebate? After you send us information to claim your cash, we will contact the apartment complex. Once we receive payment from the complex, we will send your rebate payment to the address you specified when you claimed your cash.
